If you walk up Ribera de Curtidores you will enter into the old part of Madrid, with its winding streets full of places to discover. Plaza Mayor is just 10 minutes away on foot, and from there to Puerta del Sol is just another 5-minute walk. You can also walk to the Reina Sofia Museum of Art and the Atocha Railroad Station in 10 minutes. The Royal Palace is just a short 15-minute walk away.

The apartment is also within walking distance of "Madrid de los Austrias" (Habsburg's Madrid) and La Latina.
