Arrival

• When we confirm your reservation we will send you an e-mail with directions to the apartment.
• You should notify us in advance of your arrival time to the apartment by providing us your flight information and other relevant travel information, so that we can be ready to meet you at the apartment at a pre-arranged time.
• Check-in time is between 15:00 and 22:00. If you wish to check in before 15:00, please let us know, and we will try to accommodate you. If the apartment is ready, you will be able to check in earlier.
• For check in between 22:00 and 8:30, you will have to pay on arrival a late check-in fee of 30 euros.
• On arrival, you will meet one of Madridapart's representatives or the owner of the apartment. You will sign a contract and inventory of the apartment and pay the balance and the security deposit in cash. We will give you the keys to the apartment, show you how to use the equipment of the apartment, and give you general information about the neighborhood.

During your Stay

• If you find something damaged, missing, or if you break anything, we ask that you call us immediately so that we can fix it and assess the damages. You will be provided with a 24-hour emergency telephone number for your stay.
• If you need information regarding Madrid or any travel tips, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our goal is to make your stay in Madrid pleasant.

Departure

• On the date of your departure, the owner of the apartment will meet you at the apartment at a pre-arranged time to inspect the apartment and refund the security deposit, minus the cost of damages, if any.
• Check-out time is between 8:30 and 11:00.
• If you would like to check out later, please let us know and we will try to accommodate you. If there are no other guests arriving the same day, you can stay in the apartment until 15:00. For check-out from 15:00 to 22:00, you will be charged a half day's rate. For check out after 22:00 you will be charged a full day's rate.
• If you wish to check out before 8:30, you will either be charged 30 euros for early check-out, or you will be checked out the night before, at the discretion of the apartment owner.
