The Apartment Alamillo is a charming duplex apartment in the oldest neighborhood of Madrid, Habsburg's Madrid (Madrid de los Austrias). This is a very special apartment with lots of personality and attractiveness, thanks to its layout in two levels and its amazing views. It has a very central location in Madrid, close to sights and restaurants, but at the same time it is on a very quiet street near parks and gardens.

On the lower level of the apartment, you will find the living room, which has a balcony with extraordinary views of the historical buildings and churches of Madrid de los Austrias. A pair of sliding doors opens up from the living room into the kitchen, which is completely furnished. The lower level also has a separate dining area, with another balcony with lovely views to Plaza del Alamillo.

A staircase will take you to the upper level, an attic in which the wooden beams of the ceiling are shaped into the form of an umbrella. The slanting ceiling creates an intimate space in which you will find a lounging area with a futon and a chaise longue where you can relax and watch TV. The double bed is also located on the upper level, which serves as a cozy and quiet bedroom.
